TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Planned Lane Closures on Highway 75, in Pinson
PINSON – Weather permitting, the Alabama Department of Transportation announces lane closures on Highway 75 northbound and southbound from Milepost 10.3 to Milepost 11.7, in Pinson as follows:
- Monday, August 1 thru Friday, August 5, Highway 75 northbound and southbound will be reduced to one lane in each direction from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. approximately 3 miles north of Pinson near the intersection of Clay Palmerdale Road. The purpose of this closure is to install asphalt pavement near the new entrance to the Birmingham Northern Beltline. Motorists are advised to use extreme caution in this area.
Emergency vehicles are encouraged to seek alternate routes.
Motorists are requested to consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work zone speed limits and adhere to other work zone signs in this area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this Construction Operation to improve Alabama’s roadways.
